Activities
At Kids' Church we love to fill our time doing special things.
We...
- Talk... about anything that concerns us, that excites us or that we want to share with others.
- Sing... lively songs, telling Jesus that we love Him, and we sing songs reminding everyone that He loves us all. Our Gems group (0-3) use special songs and activities showing God's love, we like it when you clap and sing and make lots of noise.
- Play... games and do quizzes, sometimes in small teams, sometimes in large teams. However the game is played we always let everyone choose how they take their part, whether that is by watching or by being one of the team. If you are in the younger groups you can use modelling clay and water troughs as you play together and enjoy yourself.
- Dance... if you want to dance to the songs we let you dance. Some of our songs have the most unusual actions, come and see and join in - you'll soon find you are singing the songs and doing the actions all day long.
- Pray... we talk and listen to God. We tell Him how great He is, we tell Him when we are sorry, we share our worries with Him and we listen to Him as he speaks to us.
- Listen... we listen to wonderful, funny and exciting stories.
- Watch... we watch films and act out small plays and funny scenes.
