At the moment we are learning about the special gifts God gives to His children. On Sunday we were told a wonderful story about God recently healing the grazes of a young child in a school playground as their friends looked on. And this story didn't happen in the middle of Africa, or in a distant village on the banks of the River Amazon, it happened here in England, in the heart of London.
God gives us the power to heal, God gives us special wisdom, God gives us the ability to help others, God gives us lots of different things that allow us to do what He asks from us. Are you brave enough to ask God for the gifts He has prepared just for you?

We had a great time at Easter. On Easter Sunday we all met together with the grown-ups and learned about the way Jesus always betters our expectations. We heard the story of Mary who went to the garden to visit the tomb of Jesus. On that very first Easter Sunday she woke up full of sadness, sorry and confusion. But then she met with Jesus and having met the risen Christ, she left the garden full of joy, hope and purpose.

The big question is what do we do when our lives seem to be full of sadness and confusion. The Bible tells us that Jesus is there for us, just as He was for Mary.
